Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
